Over the years, as we have developed our culinary skills, gourmet garlic organically grown became a MUST. Store bought was just not good enough.
Always fresh, robust, delicious, juicy and never dry or brown, we are extremely proud of our garlic crop. Our main, and most reliable variety, is German White which forms 4-6 large, beautiful cloves per bulb. As a porcelain garlic, German White is known for its high content of allicin. Allicin helps lower cholesterol, boost the immune system and increases circulation and has incredible flavor. Another bonus to this variety is that German White garlic stores a long time at cool room temp, around 9 months or longer. If you have never eaten our Michigan-grown hardneck garlic you are in for a real treat.
While garlic planting dopes not occur until the beginning of November, we sell out not seed garlic by the end of August for a fall shipment. Do not wait because I promise it will be gone.
